    I designed a system for the administrators of a partner portal. This system assists in automatic benefits, specialties, and entitlement assignments for the company’s marketplace partners. The project involves integration using MuleSoft, go-live support, and data migration.

  • CRM for Contact and Lead Management

    CRM for contact and lead management for a media and communications company based in the USA.

    I developed a CRM for the sales and marketing users of the company integrated with third-party systems to accommodate millions of incoming data from legacy systems. Developed the app to cater to data migration needs for eventing out data, pulling data, delta load, and data deletion from Informatica DB2 that handled more than 20 million records. I configured the call center with click to call on the account page and auto popups on incoming calls using Open CTI features. I configured Salesforce, including but not limited to validation rules, workflows, custom labels, custom settings, profiles, and permissions. Developed Visualforce pages using Apex for proprietary Salesforce application to track the flow of business. Integrated third-party apps using REST/SOAP API. I implemented batches and schedulers in Apex to event out millions of data to downstream systems for 24 objects in Salesforce. Created web services to integrate with internal systems. Offered production support, including deployment and migration activities from development through to production (ANT, GitHub Jenkins, and changesets).

    Gathered, developed, and analyzed business requirements for the portal's solution design. Developed Salesforce features such as SSO, canvas app integration, and Lightning components to create a user-friendly portal. Used the following objects with a fully customized user interface: Accounts, contact, cases, knowledge, collaboration group, ideas, and feed items. Automated case deflection by showing appropriate and dynamic knowledge articles to the user (fast processing for thousands of articles). Created a customized Library management component in Lightning to show documents and libraries. Oversaw the entire development lifecycle from requirements gathering to design, code, testing, and production deployment.

  • Sync Manager Application

    A sync order management app for a design manufacturing company. The custom Lightning application displays records involved in order management and service contracts upon search, displaying records from all systems involved with the organization. It's intelligent enough to show discrepancies between the system record fields and sync them at the same time.

    I integrated Salesforce with more than five back-end systems and designed and developed an architecture to integrate data with consistency in the least amount of time. Reduced the time taken within systems from as much as ten to three seconds. Developed an application in Lightning (sync manager), which gathers data from all the systems and allows users to analyze and sync data within the systems.

  • Quotes and Deal Management for Chip Management Company

    CPQ implementation and integration with MyDeals for tenders and partners.

    Implemented a custom quote line editor and pricing for different partners and customers. Delivered a partner portal for the creation of deals and approvals.

  • Tour Management Application

    Ipad application for resort tour managers to manage the checking in and out of suits in real-time.

    I developed a custom tour management application in Salesforce Lightning for sales operation users. Gathered, developed, and analyzed business requirements for the app's solution design for both desktop and Ipad. I improved the page's performance using a streaming API to auto-refresh the components on the front end when there is a change in the database with push notifications.

    An enterprise affiliate CRM for one of the biggest wealth managers in the world. As part of the project, Salesforce was leveraged for marketing, CRM, services, and data capabilities.

    The design and implementation were done using the knowledge of marketing, sales, and Service Cloud with knowledge of Apex and LWC programming.
