Replatforming of gov.wales

I worked with the Welsh government's digital team to help them migrate from a legacy commercial CMS (Alterian) to a new Drupal platform. I architected, prototyped, and led the development of the new Drupal site.

I then helped them to recruit and build an in-house Drupal development team so they could become self-sufficient and maintain and evolve the site on their own.
