Multitenant Global Cloud SaaS Platform | Nuix Ltd

This is a zero-touch automated platform that sets up the infrastructure and application stack for customers worldwide, storing personal data for many sensitive clients.

The platform has gone through rigorous compliance checks and penetration testing iterations. It is highly scalable and fault resilient so that each customer can have different usage requirements. It enables the company to provision and set up an isolated environment for a new client easily, reducing the operational overhead, improving user workflow, and saving thousands of dollars. The release lifecycle is also automated using DevOps best practices, thus enabling better logging, auditing, security information and event management (SIEM) capabilities, streamlined compliance reporting, etc.

I was onboarded as a principal engineer from the start. I was involved in design, architecture, and tactical decisions in choosing the best tools. Also, I led a team of consulting and in-house engineers and worked hands-on with them to build the platform. Finally, I made and managed most engineering decisions, including the ones regarding stakeholder management with IT, TechOps, and security teams.
