Salesforce Lightning Migration | Global Rollout (Global Pharmaceuticals)

A global CRM solution built on top of the Salesforce platform using the new framework Lightning to merge and replace local solutions used by each country.

With a first phase rolling out in the french cluster (France, Luxembourg, and Belgium), a new Salesforce sales cloud implementation using Lightning Components, territory management, and third-party systems integration to support the sales cycle.

Continuous rollout with central, eastern, and northern Europe, adjusting processes to be a global solution with specific local processes without compromising the platform's architecture.

The last phase was the rollout to Asia and LATAM, including new drug and trial management features.

Lead-to-Cash Solution on Salesforce

This project focused on transforming and optimizing lead-to-cash processes using advanced Salesforce CPQ capabilities. The main objective was to design a robust billing and invoicing system that seamlessly integrates with our existing infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency through streamlined workflows and automation.

The key elements included integrating Salesforce with TIBCO middleware to ensure smooth data flow and real-time updates across platforms. Leading a team of five developers, we built and refined the system by developing proof of concept (POC) solutions and exploring testing automation tools to ensure product reliability.

Stakeholder engagement was crucial, involving regular technical workshops to gather input, address concerns, and align project goals with business objectives. Collaboration with third-party teams and internal stakeholders ensured a comprehensive solution.

In essence, the project aimed to create an efficient, integrated lead-to-cash system that improved billing and invoicing processes, supported by strong technical design and stakeholder collaboration.

Optimization of Salesforce Solutions for Enhanced Efficiency in the Food and Beverage Industry

The project aimed to revolutionize the operational efficiency of the company by optimizing its Salesforce ecosystem. As the main liaison between product owners and the system integrator, I led technical workshops and managed key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and implementation. Central to the project was the deployment of the Conga Suite, including Conga Composer, Contracts, CLM, Approvals, and CPQ, to streamline contract lifecycle and approval processes. Proof of concepts (POCs) for new functionalities were developed using Lightning Web Components, enhancing user experience and functionality.

A significant change was made to the DevOps process, integrating the new Salesforce DX technology for improved development and deployment efficiency. The project also entailed configuring a single sign-on (SSO) solution using Microsoft ADFS, ensuring secure and streamlined access for users. Additionally, a robust backup and archive solution was implemented using OwnBackup, safeguarding critical data. Technical designs and solutions provided by system integration developers were rigorously reviewed and approved, enforcing best practices and ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence.
