A complete regulatory compliance solution—platforms of platforms, OEM—managing the entire lifecycle of a drug and covering most of the aspects of pharmacovigilance, a project with a team of +150 members.

I primarily built smart, configurable forms, product, and event browsers for the entire CSR journey reused by five modules, resulting in faster market time and completion of release milestones. Additionally, I created reusable apex and UI frameworks for audits and security throughout the product, keeping in mind ISV guidelines which cleared the security review without any blockers. Finally, developed CI-CD pipelines to ensure code quality and automate post-install steps leading to fewer manual efforts for each code promotion. 1GP and 2GP packages were used as part of code promotions respecting version control accordingly.

I developed an ISV product to keep track of various marketplace accounts of a seller in Salesforce.

In this project, I built features to synchronize and create listings, feedback, returns, and refunds for multiple marketplaces to give the seller a unified view of all the accounts and corresponding statuses. Also designed a complex integration flow and implemented the solution using the best practices, keeping in mind the quality and salesforce governor limits that made the product robust.

Service management solution to send proper emails and take care of customer support using multiple sources, including real-time and large data unidirectional dealer information synchronization and a framework for a robust error handling mechanism.
