    During the Smartbox annual Hackathon, I led the team that created a Facebook chatbot to help customers with their voucher-related queries. Smartbox sells gift vouchers that can then be redeemed for experience gifts by the person who has been gifted the voucher. The chatbot was intended to bring down operational costs for customer service.
