For Space NK, I developed and managed a project on the Demandware platform. The work involved implementing third-party integrations with Google Analytics, Coremetrics, GiveX, Oracle Responsys, CyberSource, PayPal, Cloud.IQ, Webtrends, ShopRunner, and Translations.com.

Via Revtech solutions and for the clients Hallmark and Glasses.com, I developed and managed various projects on the Demandware platform. I also implemented the following third-party integrations: Omniture, Google Analytics, MainStreet, CyberSource, PayPal, First Data, and AddThis.

For the eCommera in collaboration with UK with Talent, I developed and managed various projects for the following clients: Fitflop, Baccarat, Tempur, and Space NK.

I built several eCommerce websites running on the eCommera Intelligent Trader platform on Demandware. I also implemented the following third-party integrations: Struq, Google Analytics, Media Mind, Coremetrics, CyberSource, PayPal, and DIS.

This project involved a Windows-based application that helps users to automate software processes. This application can record/create a macro and the macro can be played back as and when required by the user. This application was created by using Microsoft Active Accessibility and UI Automation APIs.

On this project, while working closely with the UK onsite team, I collected incidents from the support team and analyzed the clear trend of the area where we received the maximum logs. I also analyzed the current workaround and provided a permanent fix for the incident. I also worked on the failure mode and effect analysis of incidents in the multichannel area enabling it to handle the peak periods of the business.

For the House of Fraser, while working closely with the UK onsite team, I created enhancements for the cash register changes when the user bought and the company collected the funds. I also formulated SQL queries and stored procedures on assigned modules. In addition, I created test cases and implemented enhancements suggested by the client. I also reviewed my peers' code and resolved defects found by testers.

The transition portal team was in charge of managing three applications: Transition Portal, TI Calculator, and the Inventory and Design Portal.

Transition Portal:
The portal provides a central repository of data (related to in-transition and transitioned projects) and flexibility to generate user-friendly reports and dashboards.

TI Calculator:
A calculation of the transition index is helpful in getting a snapshot of the degree of difficulty/simplicity (in man hours) while transitioning a project and is used to group similar transition units into a single wave (the term "wave" can be different depending on project requirements).

Inventory and Design Portal:
The I&D portal is an application which enables transition managers to capture relevant project data from the client. The data captured from clients in form of knowledge objects is instrumental in preparing KAPs.
