  • Saved around €1 million by designing and deploying a real-time controlling system (an SPC dashboard) that successfully detects potential mechanical failures, preventing the plant from shutdown.
  • Supported the production management by creating daily updated BI dashboards with clear production KPIs and breaking down and connecting the objectives to the daily work, introducing a visual management method—Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • Developed standard operating processes, including workflows, rules, and responsibilities, integrating existing documents and communicating with relevant teams, and later trained operations engineers to become familiar with the new tools.
  • Collaborated with production teams to drive issue resolution by facilitating brainstorming sessions and promoting the use of the plan-do-check-action (PDCA) framework.

Production Management Dashboard

Created a dashboard to manage gas production. I worked as an SPC engineer in collaboration with the product team to develop a production control chart using statistical process control, one of the quality management methods. This dashboard allowed the team members to quickly identify issues through color changes. Furthermore, the automatic calculation of the dashboard control lines saves members time and reduces the risk of human error.
