As a Salesforce developer, worked for Johnson & Johnson U.S., in building their employee portal for several functional domains and implementing a multi-language capability. I also developed a service console for the Johnson & Johnson agents to support their case capabilities.

I was a lead developer representative at the client's location (call center) to support the hypercare phase, after the application's deployment.

Built the Falcon Tool (a country & site intelligence) which is a global tool for documenting a country, indications, and site feasibility information all the while managing their business flows.

Worked as an SFDC developer for the client VMware Inc. from 2013 to 2015.
I worked on various development and maintenance projects: configuration, customization, and integration aspects.
