Platform Automation

The client runs a real estate firm in Singapore, and to boost sales, we have a salesforce application that is used to automate the sales process of the subscriptions offered to end users.

As a technical lead, I lead a team of seven members who oversee sales and service cloud implementation in the Salesforce system. I was tasked with ensuring access standards complying with SOX audit, advocating for salesforce to the users using alternative CRM tools, and designing and developing solution for the implementations being carried out.

AWS Data Center Management

A Salesforce application that deals with data centers of the AWS worldwide. It tracks all aspects of a data center, such as water usage, power usage, and land circumference. It also has a sales portal to track the information about the lease and the site owners.

As the technical lead, I developed reusable and fully configurable LWCs, worked on third-party integration with SF via Amazon SNS with the help of Lambda triggers in Amazon SQS, oversaw code quality checks and deployment activities using CI/CD tools, and implemented round-robin assignment with zero code by leveraging flows and custom settings.

MCHP Customer Support

A case management application that is used to receive and resolve the feedback in the form of a case by interacting with customers, providing solutions, and converting the potential solutions into a public knowledge base. It has a separate customer portal featuring case creation and case team management.

I acted as the senior Lightning app developer conducting migration from classic to lightning and developing a custom community portal by embedding Aura components. Following the Agile methodology from requirement analysis to deployment, I installed a package to distribute cases evenly to all internal users and developed an Apex email service for internal and external user interaction to resolve the cases.

Wiley CRM BAU

A service cloud application with the end-to-end tracking of book sales and book demand in digital format and hard copy. It provides the strategy for training the end users—Wiley service agents—to hold a lecture about the books to be sold to the customers. It also participates in marketing and campaign activities around the latest release of books and other brand books. The provided services come from various media such as live agent, email-to-case, web-to-case, and live message resources.

I was the delivery consultant taking part in all deployment-related activities and working on org migration exercises.

RFORCE is a case management application for call center agents that handles cases coming from emails, web forms (web-to-case and web services), live agents, phone calls, and community portals (only used by dealers).
