I led a pivotal project in the UAE, overseeing the introduction and launch of Samsung Pay, a cutting-edge mobile payment solution. My multifaceted role involved close collaboration with product development and engineering teams to tailor the app to UAE user preferences.

I ensured seamless integration with local banks and merchants through rigorous testing and localization efforts. I also navigated regulatory requirements, securing approvals and certifications while prioritizing stringent security measures to safeguard user data and financial transactions.

Comprehensive testing and quality assurance, spanning payment transactions, security protocols, and user experience, were at the core of my responsibilities, guaranteeing Samsung Pay's compliance with high standards. I also conducted extensive user education and training, equipping end users and merchants to make the most of Samsung Pay.

The successful launch in the UAE represented a significant achievement, offering a secure, convenient, and contactless payment solution. My contributions, from initial planning through execution and user education, were pivotal in the project's triumphant deployment.

As a QA engineer, I played a pivotal role in the launch of the Samsung Cue app. I collaborated closely with development and design teams, crafting comprehensive test plans and test cases covering UI, functionality, compatibility, and performance. My meticulous testing, including automation, unearthed critical issues promptly addressed by the development team.

I facilitated user acceptance testing, ensuring user expectations were met. I also contributed to security assessments, aligning the app with industry standards. My dedication and rigorous testing efforts ensured the successful launch of the Samsung Cue app, providing users with a secure and feature-rich experience. My role was fundamental to its success.

My contributions were significant in the successful launch of 5G technology in both the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. As a QA engineer, I meticulously tested and validated the 5G infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.

My responsibilities extended to rigorous testing of 5G features, network performance, and compatibility with Samsung devices. My efforts led to the identification and resolution of critical issues, enhancing the network's reliability and security.

Furthermore, I played a crucial role in liaising with regulatory authorities in both countries, ensuring compliance with local standards and regulations. My expertise in 5G technology and dedication to quality assurance were instrumental in the successful deployment of this groundbreaking technology in the UAE and KSA, setting new standards for mobile connectivity in the region.
