  • Developed multiple applications on Salesforce based on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Created a package and its extension packages (survey management and order/inventory management) fully built on LWC.
  • Used the Field Service Lightning package to build apps that track jobs taking place in the field.
  • Created two different packages based on Field Service and submitted them to Salesforce AppExchange for review. One package was related to healthcare, and the other to the food chain business. Both were a mix of LC and LWC.
  • Reached almost 4,000 partner and community users with the packages we built.
  • Co-created APIs to connect to the websites and services to provide a 360-degree view and use of the system. The APIs were based on both SOAP and REST, and UIs were created with libraries such as Chart.js and DHTMLX.
  • Managed operations and communications using Jira and Basecamp, which greatly improved sprint planning and release deployments.

Digitization of Field Jobs Using Salesforce Field Service Lightning

This project digitized the management of field jobs, such as resource assignments, installation and maintenance, security checks, and QA checks on the instruments provided or installed by the organization. The previous process for managing and reporting on field assignments made it tedious and difficult for users to track the resources assigned and the status of those jobs. The automation allowed users to track the status of each field job and the planned routes and tasks for each assigned resource, from start to finish, with much less effort.

Variable Coding

The goal of this project is to improve the user experience and provide clear and easy access to information that helps users explore different technologies. The system was built in WordPress and connected with Salesforce to manage new leads and queries from end users. The development of the Android app for this site is in progress.

Android App for the Portal

Created an app that works in connection with WordPress and Salesforce and provides content over time. We provide the user with the latest breaking news and videos straight from the entertainment industry.
