SAP SuccessFactors Integration with an External Access Management System

Designed a custom solution for a greenfield implementation project, architected the integration landscape, and developed integrations for three major Singapore healthcare organizations—SingHealth, MOHH, and Synapse. I also consulted clients on requirements and system scoping and handled over 15 change requests during the post-go-live support phase.

SingHealth AMS

Integrated medical bills with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). I built payroll control records integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC). Additionally, I developed a custom solution to notify HR admins about the processing of their user records, segmented by institution.

OneCert | SAP SuccessFactors and SailPoint Integration

Implemented integrations of HR data from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to SailPoint. I built secure HTTP-based channels between SAP CPI and SailPoint, as well as internal data validations and computations within SAP Cloud Integrations. Finally, I integrated employee and master data with SailPoint.

SAP Concur Integrations

Created a custom integration solution between SAP Concur and SAP SuccessFactors. I built a set of complex integrations involving a high level of data computations and a distinctive number of scripts and mappings. Additionally, I provided post-go-live support on a ticket basis.

SAP SuccessFactors Implementation

Headed the program implementing SAP SuccessFactors for an ad tech giant, overseeing business requirement gathering, design, technical translations, and vendor management. I collaborated with vendor teams to ensure a seamless implementation, covering four SAP SuccessFactors modules—Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation, and Onboarding. Developed a custom integration linking SAP Fieldglass with SAP SuccessFactors, customized standard integrations to align with business needs, and devised a 2-way integration solution between SAP SuccessFactors EC and SAP Fieldglass for enhanced validations and data management.
