As a key member of the OICS team for a major energy company's ERP transformation project, I played a crucial role in designing and implementing integration solutions that bridged legacy systems with new cloud-based technologies. This multi-year initiative aimed to standardize and modernize business processes across finance, supply chain management, and asset and work management.

My primary contribution was creating reusable business processes, most notably the COA conversion code. Developed using OICS and PL/SQL, this innovative solution significantly streamlined financial data migration from legacy systems to the new Oracle Cloud ERP. By automating complex data transformations and validations, I reduced project timelines and minimized data inconsistencies.

As integration sub-lead for the supply chain management workstream, I collaborated closely with offshore teams and business stakeholders to analyze dependencies, design integration architectures, and resolve technical challenges. This ensured seamless connectivity between the new ERP and various external systems critical to the company's operations.

As Oracle PaaS lead for a healthcare system's enterprise business process transformation (eBPT), I led the modernization of human capital management (HCM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This involved migrating from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Applications, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

I focused on designing and delivering Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) interfaces, developing over 15 complex integrations. This resulted in a 40% reduction in data processing time and a 25% increase in system efficiency. A key achievement was architecting a secure integration framework that passed all external audits.

I collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize data flows between Oracle ERP Cloud and legacy systems while mentoring team members on cloud integration best practices. My expertise in Oracle technologies and integration patterns contributed significantly to the successful implementation of Wave 1 and laid the groundwork for Wave 2 development.

This transformation streamlined operations, improved data management, and positioned the healthcare system for growth. My role ensured seamless data flow between applications and maintained high quality and performance standards throughout the project.

As a senior software engineer, I integrated a financial institution's NBFC into commercial bank transformation and played a key role in implementing the Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking System. The project aimed to expand digital services, enhance agility, and differentiate the market.

I managed end-to-end development for critical interfaces, establishing naming standards and integration patterns that streamlined development. A key achievement was implementing the customer information file (CIF) and loan creation interface, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

As integration point of contact, I represented our team in SIT and UAT triage calls, resolving issues promptly. I provided on-site support during the UAT, go-live, and post-production phases, ensuring smooth ESB service functioning. I maintained close interactions with stakeholders and partners, efficiently addressing integration queries. This facilitated smooth collaboration and timely delivery.

The project was completed in eight months, equipping the institution with competitive digital capabilities. My expertise in Oracle technologies and integration patterns significantly contributed to the rapid transition to a full-service digital bank.
