This is an in-house project for hear.com and audibene. We customized Sales Cloud for their sales cycle in the organization. When I joined this organization, they used Salesforce Classic; we migrated the whole project to Lightning (first Aura, then LWC). This project has integrations with multiple systems, from the lead generation external system to the order processing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. We utilized a point-and-click approach and customization, depending on the requirement.

I first worked on this project as a senior developer, receiving the requirements from business POs, working on them, and delivering those. I was supporting junior colleagues as well. Later I moved to solution architecture, where I was mainly involved in designing the solution to complex business problems and supporting colleagues wherever they needed any technical and functional assistance.

Service Connect is an in-house product of Alight Solutions. This is based on Service Cloud to cater to the company's existing customers. I was working as an SFDC developer of an integrated team called Product Release Team. Mainly worked on new enhancements and customization according to the client's team. Working on batch classes, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and validation rules.

My primary role in this project was as an SFDC developer. I mainly worked on developing and customizing new functionality from scratch according to the client's requirements. Worked on Visualforce pages, Apex classes, triggers, validation rules, workflow rules, assignment rules, permission sets, page layouts, and email templates.

Configurated Salesforce according to the client's requirements and needs. Developed Apex classes, triggers, pages, and components as per functionality required. Created validation rules, workflow rules, and approval processes.

HrMate is a web application developed by HCL Infosystems. It is a bilingual web-based application capable of catering to all needs of HR managers in any organization; it primarily deals with personnel information systems and payroll systems depending on different parameters. It contains modules such as payroll management, personnel management system, leaves, and attendance using the biometric device, income tax, promotion and transfer, tour and training, recruitment, PF accounting, and employee self-service.

It is a web-based application developed by and for Jaipur Development Centre (JDC), HCL Infosystems. This application allows the product manager to manage the unmanaged data recorded into TFS and transfer it into the TFS after verifying it. In this application, only the product manager can change his team data and manage his team by this application. We manage modified and original data for future perspective, and the product manager can see that data from the reports provided in this application.
