Readership Warehouse

City investment bank's research team creates research documents for customers and the Citi organization by doing detailed market analyses. This data warehouse was designed for CitiBusiness to analyze readership metrics and improve the quality of its publications and research methodology.

The documents are written and other types of content and published as emails, HTML links, PDFs, and standalone and embedded videos. The readership team now uses the warehouse to prepare reports for all the publications, such as email delivery and open rates and video views.

Max Life Insurance IIW Implementation

A data warehouse I designed and developed using the insurance information warehouse model. Max Life uses the warehouse as a single source of data to measure organization-wide and unit performance based on KPIs. They also use it for a dashboard and comparative analysis among agents and different sales units. The data flows into the warehouse from multiple applications in the back end. This includes HR data for calculating headcount, attrition, appointments, and more. The warehouse has increased accuracy and transparency.

Clinical Data Reporting

A clinical reporting solution used by Boston Scientific to analyze clinical trial outcomes and ensure compliance on a day-to-day basis. The solution provides a single source of truth for all studies conducted, an interface to compare the results of multiple studies in one place, and the ability to analyze historical data when needed.
