Opcert member application is designed for member banks across the region. This application is intended for Visa administrators and bank users. The goal is to configure the products and calculate the total fee the member bank has to pay Visa for using their infrastructure. Member banks log in to Opcert and enter their branch, product, card sales volume, and transaction count details quarterly. Principal and associate member details for both issuing and acquiring are entered for calculating the fee. The total fee is payable to Visa from the member bank.

I led the functional QA and automation and created test plans, estimates, reports, and cases. I automated the application from scratch and introduced the CI/CD process. I executed automated and manual test cases and supported business users with their testing.

Visa Global Billing Platform Reporting is based on the Tableau reporting tool. It includes a variety of reports with different sources of input, such as ORMB, VGBP, and MBE. Reports are designed per user requirements for analysis and maintain client information for billing, pricing rate, and invoicing.
