A Salesforce application entirely based on the Service Cloud.
The application was developed for a leading payment provider that dealt with the CRM where the customers were creating the cases when they had any problem with payments. Once the case is created, it gets handed over to an agent through an algorithm. There were multiple statuses on the case for the entire journey: new, open, closed, escalated, reopen, waiting for customer, etc.
We implemented escalation rules, Apex triggers, approval processes, omnichannel, chats, email-to-case, and more.

We implemented the configure, price, and quote software (CPQ) for one of the clients who was looking to sell the products to customers. It involved creating accounts, opportunities, quotes, contracts, and other functionalities like contract amendment, renewal, and proration.

We used most of the out-of-the-box features of CPQ like price rules, product rules, quote calculator plugin (QCP), and constraints.

A Salesforce and Quip-based application where the company information fills their V2MOM on the Quip side, data flows to Salesforce and is handled in Salesforce. The application was sending bulk notifications to users to complete the V2MOMs.
I worked as a Salesforce developer on the project, handling development, admin, and integration.
On the development side, I created multiple LWCs to show data, handle the forms, etc. I also integrated Salesforce with Webex to send notifications to users. I created multiple batches to send emails to users.
On the admin side, I created multiple reports, validation rules, flows, workflows, email templates, approval processes, and more.

Worked on a Salesforce application used by a leading network provider in Europe TO manage customers.
The application was developed using Salesforce Vlocity, Salesforce Apex, LWC, and JavaScript. It was used to track all the plans subscribed by the customers so that the agents could see if they were working on any case.
It made heavy use of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
