It is an application for analyzing cooking temperature, oven cycle, and energy consumption data to research and improve plant productivity by recording machine downtime. I developed compliance reports for analysis purposes and contributed to SMS and email alerts on downtime and maintenance activities.

Thin Wheel Application

The Thin Wheel project involved creating an Ignition application with a Vision module. I developed a dashboard screen to display overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), performance, availability, and quality for productivity analysis purposes. I also worked on a screen displaying losses, the transition of a posting screen from SCADA to MES, and the transfer of production order details from MES to SCADA using Python for scripting.

Dairy Plant Application

I developed an Ignition 8.1 application for a dairy plant to control and monitor the status of the plant's field devices, data logging process, compliance report, charts, productivity, and downtime. I used PostgreSQL and Python for scripting, along with various Ignition components such as transaction groups, Tag Historian module, Reporting module, and Named Queries.

Mixing Process Application

It is an application for the process of mixing raw materials to manufacture grinding wheels. I used various tools to develop it, including Ignition 8.1, MySQL, and Python script. Also, I utilized many functionalities of Ignition SCADA to build this project, such as the Alarm module, SQL Bridge module, Reporting module, and Tag Historian module.
