- Contributed to the Salesforce CPQ implementation, with the company already having an implementation in Zuora. I worked with other team members on designing solutions, implementing automated renewals, and handling amendments.
- Collaborated with the business team on resolving data migration issues and handling the amendments in Zuora, the source system. I helped correct contracts by manually going through a sequence of amendments to fix them.

Global Salesforce CPQ Implementation
My customer is selling the most complex product lines using this new version of quotation management using Salesforce CPQ which includes spare parts, field service, and repair operations across the globe. We have supported a million+ product catalog in Salesforce and a billion spare parts managed in SAP. Our CPQ solution is real-time integrated with SAP product master database.
My role in this project is as a technical solution architect; I am responsible for managing the overall technical architecture of our CPQ solution which is heavily integrated with SAP ERP for order fulfillment. I am happy to announce that we have added more than 1,000 sales representatives within a span of two years, managing quotes reaching millions of USD. It now takes a few days instead of a couple of weeks for the company to present a quote to the customer, which has greatly helped the company register an overall 30% increase in YoY sales.

Salesforce vs. Survey Tool Integration
Business users can easily create configurable data and can quickly go live with the survey close loop. My company was using surveys for customer satisfaction on cases, implementation projects that run for several months or years, and reviewing customer feedback on a quarterly or weekly basis were very important to know and address any ongoing customer dissatisfaction. It helped the business to understand any ongoing issues in a timely manner since the surveys were a closed loop within Salesforce. The business was able to address customer concerns quickly by applying the right resources on time, which ultimately helped my company retain large customers for getting future business.
Within a span of months, we were able to achieve very good customer satisfaction, and the data coming within Salesforce was also used for employee performance management. This application is currently managing 200 surveys.
