I had to really push myself in this project in order to learn all the tools, processes, and ways of working and coping with database objects and data written in a foreign (non-English) language.

Also, I had to take a step forward by coming up with the architecture and data model without any help from the architects. This boosted my self-confidence to a new level and showed that with great commitment and readiness to learn new things I can move mountains.

I won the Swedbank's BBDW Top Performer Award twice for outstanding commitment, work, and results.

I worked on developing a complex Funds Transfer Pricing project which needed some expert level SQL in order to fulfill all the business requirements and implement the calculations.

In order to feed the data warehouse with detailed and good quality data, I contributed to a wide range of loading projects from different operational systems of a bank.

I was involved in multiple projects where I needed to design and implement interfaces for a bank's internal applications to provide the needed data from the data warehouse. In addition to the technical tasks, it also included a deep understanding of the business needs, finding all the crucial data from the warehouse, and putting it into the expected format for the applications.

For my master's thesis, I developed a set of PostgreSQL functions and tables to implement temporal support in a PostgreSQL database as described in the book "Temporal Data and The Relational Model" by C.J. Date, Hugh Darwen, and Nikos A. Lorentzos.
