  • The Coaches Console

The Coaches Console is a single place that manages all applications for coaches. It supports all aspects of their business, from appointment scheduling to automatic invoicing, client management, newsletter sending, email communication, auto-responders, forms, products, and courses in a fully customizable private website to support their online business and integrate these features.

Version 3 was released in 2014 and has been continuously improved, with different modules having been completely rewritten to support a different set of features. The whole application was developed by two web developers, with the addition of a guest over the last year.

The main framework is written in PHP with MongoDB and MySQL for the database. For this project, I created both the back-end and the front-end frameworks as well as the core functionalities and features (calendar and scheduling, invoicing, newsletter system, forms, and private website).

  • Peeksound

Created a management tool that imports XLS and CSV files from various music distribution channels (YouTube, Spotify, Deezer, Tidal, radio stations, etc) and creates a centralized database with the money each artist has made and then uses the PayPal API to create automatic payments once a limit has been reached for each artist. There is also a small CMS component where each artist can see his full history of income (with graphs that show the income source), payment history and messaging system with the management tool admins.

  • The DFB

Saas platform for construction management. The platform is composed of a sophisticated backend where each company can set up its own pricing configuration and formulas based on form inputs which are also fully customizable. The front-end is for designers, sales and others where they can create projects and, each project can be configured into groups and areas that should correspond to real-life construction phases or areas (foundation, baths, kitchen, etc.). Each of these areas will reflect the backend predefined inputs so they can be filled in (sqft of foundation, depth, etc) and based on the backend formulas they produce the price for each area, grouping, scope, and a grand total.
