Rogers Communications is Canada's largest wireless provider, with over 10 million voice and data subscribers. Rogers Cable is Canada's largest cable provider with over two million customers.

I led business customer MDM implementations from the ground up with onsite and offshore teams and covered dozens of sources and over 20 million records. I also supported and implemented initial and ongoing data quality, providing a means for the business to improve the source systems, both as information and process logic.

In addition, I initiated across-board enterprise data governance, including establishing a steering committee, data owners, and data stewards.

Lastly, I defined an enterprise-level data modeling initiative and advice metadata management framework and discovered requirements, and consulted business process improvement in the way the client is registered and the billing system operates, allowing for high success in new marketing opportunities.
