I have integrated Salesforce with Twilio which included phone calls, click to call, robust calling, and calling using a dialer. It also included the messaging feature if you want to send messages.

Cincopa™ is a platform to save and share your media files. These media files can be audio, video, images, or any other document files.

You can share the media files with the public groups or your private groups.

The Salesforce app of Cincopa also allows you to add the media within an object (custom or standard).

This program is designed to be an application available for purchase by organizations that use a CRM to manage their client information and engagements. We intended to initially make this available to sales reps, sales managers, and Salesforce.com administrators.

I architected and built solutions within the SalesForce portal, communities, and sites.

I used various JavaScript libraries like Amazing Charts, FullCalendar, Sencha Ext JS, Node.js, AngularJS, and BootStrap.
