I redesigned the statementing process which was currently taking more than eight hours to complete. It was crossing the expected SLA of two hours by a huge margin. I led this project by understanding the existing statementing process, which was pretty complex. All C++ code was converted into SQL stored procedures to process statements in batches. The time got reduced to 40 min.

I managed all the database operations for the leading fare portals like CheapOAir.com, OneTravel.Com, FareBuzz.com, and TripMama.com

It was my responsibility that the production server was kept up and running. I also optimized the performance and supervised all the database deployments for all the live servers.

This was a business critical complex procedure. It had around 2,500 lines of code. Many attempts had already been made to improve its performance so I delicately worked on this proc for a few weeks and brought down the proc performance from 15 seconds to less than 1 second.

The management there awarded me a certificate of appreciation specifically mentioning that procedure.

The MyCare Card platform provided the benefits of security, ease, and convenience of accessing the end user funds and monitoring their activity from multiple accounts, including:
- Flexible Spending Accounts, FSA: including limited purpose, health, transit and parking, and dependent care.
- Health Savings Accounts, HSA: health reimbursement arrangements (HRA), lines of credit (LOC), and prepaid cash accounts.

It also provided the benefits of integrated statements and healthcare statements were sent via email or via paper reports for claims.

I worked extensively on tuning the performance of various areas of concern. I created and implemented database design solutions in collaboration with the programming team. I also handled the resolution of tickets raised in Clear Quest.

Long & Foster is the United States' largest privately owned real estate company.

Our team was entrusted to develop and maintain their websites LongandFoster.Com, LuxuryHomes.com, LeadPear.com, and its agent portal.

I developed SSIS packages and implemented a data integration for the 30 listed companies which supplies data to Long & Foster. I also developed SSAS cubes for web stats analysis. In addition, I wrote complex procs, functions, and views for Long & Foster.

The Public Works Department also called Uttar Pradesh (UP-PWD) is an organization that's entrusted with the primary responsibility of constructing and maintaining roads, bridges, and assigned buildings throughout the state.

UP-PWD is divided into zones, circles, and divisions for the work execution, monitoring and control, and planning. The existing system had manually collected, stored, and retrieved this information. The project that I worked intended to computerize all the functional aspects of the organization.
