Spearheaded the integration of an AI-powered microservice into the front end of an application designed to evaluate user CVs and provide scores and feedback. The tool streamlined the candidate screening process by offering immediate, actionable insights for users.

I collaborated with back-end engineers and ML experts to understand the AI model's functionality. Then, I translated complex technical concepts for product managers and marketing strategists, ensuring alignment with business goals. I also created an engineering implementation plan, estimated tasks, and developed a detailed roadmap with blockers and risks. Finally, I split the work among team members, facilitated discussions on architectural challenges, and ensured smooth cross-team communication throughout the project.

Headed the development of a portfolio of growth-driven public pages, each designed with a strong focus on search engine optimization (SEO) and user engagement. The landing pages featured an interactive wheel of cards that users could scroll through and click to explore articles in more detail, improving UX and content visibility. A key objective was performance optimization to ensure fast loading and smooth user interactions, which is crucial for SEO rankings.

In this project, I handled the technical planning, creating an engineering implementation plan, estimating tasks, and developing a roadmap identifying potential blockers and risks. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with strategic goals, addressing architectural challenges while ensuring the pages performed exceptionally well.

Refactored the team's domain to adopt a new design system, ensuring consistency, improved maintainability, and streamlined development processes. In addition to executing the refactor, I played a key role in planning the project. This included creating a detailed roadmap, estimating the effort required for various components, identifying potential blockers, and mapping dependencies to ensure a smooth transition.

I updated the codebase to integrate reusable components from the design system, resolved compatibility issues, and optimized existing styles and layouts for cross-browser performance. This refactor reduced technical debt, improved UI/UX consistency, and enabled faster iteration, making the system more scalable for future development.

Oversaw the revamp of the Contracts module within the client's company application, a vital product where clients manage and sign legal agreements. The project involved adding new contract types and redesigning the interface to improve user experience and align with updated design standards. Given the product's key role in client workflows, we addressed several dependencies to ensure a smooth transition without affecting operations.

As part of the initiative, I developed the implementation plan, identified potential blockers, and coordinated with other teams to manage dependencies. We also integrated Sentry for better error monitoring and debugging, ensuring the reliability and stability of the new system.

Headed the development and implementation of a hiring flow for a B2B talent marketplace platform. The wizard guided users through an intuitive step-by-step process, improving the user experience and ensuring that the correct data was captured at each stage. This solution was crucial for simplifying the hiring process and increasing conversion rates.

I handled the implementation of multiple entry points across the platform, making it easier for users to access the Hiring Wizard from different parts of the application. I also created the technical plan, outlined the roadmap, and identified dependencies and potential blockers. Additionally, I collaborated with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with back-end services and optimized performance across devices.
