This project involved integrating Epic and an internal application using a Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) API to ingest member and clinical information. I provided the console application for care providers to work on care management, plans, goals, and tasks, setting up appointment scheduling while encrypting and monitoring sensitive data.

I coordinated with groups to approve architectural decisions related to Salesforce and its integration pattern. I set up the survey using the Salesforce survey API to get relevant information from members and provide customized solutions. This project involved leading a team of onshore and offshore developers for multiple development streams. I managed design solutions, including cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), single sign-on (SSO), OAuth, and two-factor authentication (2FA).

I created a 360-degree view for customers by integrating 10+ in-house and cloud systems, helping agents reduce call closure time. I integrated the solution with a telephony system using Amazon Connect, which can do skilled-based call routing, transfers, scripting, and analysis.

This project involved building an end-to-end healthcare provider process for new customers to enroll and create applications. I standardized the DevOps process by guiding best practices and leading technical design, data management, architecture governance, and documentation management. In addition, I articulated the technical roadmap, including use case prioritization, Salesforce synchronization, release and environment management, metadata and data migration, environment comparisons, and version control.

This project involved making a strategy to investigate the organization's health, including security and user adaptability. I provided the executive report with findings, recommendations, and severity levels. I also developed comprehensive security models within Salesforce, including user authentication, role-based access controls, and field-level security. In addition, I managed the design for cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), single sign-on (SSO), OAuth, and two-factor authentication (2FA) solutions.
