MAS was built on the Salesforce ecosystem to help manufacturing firms perform their end-to-end production activities. It optimally streamlines production lines by mathematically scheduling and sequencing daily jobs. To give a complete experience on a single system, Salesforce was integrated with Tally (to maintain ledger) and AWS (for storing product images data archival).

The product was built for a tire manufacturing company, and the targetted users were field territory sales managers. The product contained features such as dealer onboarding, opportunity management, quote generation, order placement, and invoice generation. There was also an integration set-up with the customer's ERP system, which took care of the order fulfillment process. There was 2-way integration so that live status could be tracked on Salesforce at any given point in time. Technologies used were: Apex classes, triggers, Lightning pages, batch classes, REST APIs, and OAuth 2.0.

This use case was amongst one of the most complex cases ever built on Salesforce. A team of architects from Salesforce was also assigned to this project. The system is now utilized by more than 2 million users. The product was built for an American manufacturer and multi-level marketing distributor of natural nutrition supplements, weight-management, beauty, and household products. The targeted users were global distributors. It was built on top of the Salesforce Partner Community and highly customized using Lightning Design Systems.
