Successfully handled multiple complex implementation projects as a D365 F&O technical consultant. Some clients I performed this for include the Rambola farms in Australia, the Superior farms in the USA and Canada, Floward, Hinkler, Daraz, and many more in the real estate, manufacturing, retail, and eCommerce industries.

I was part of the technical teams handling these implementations, managing all the development phases in the lifecycle. I developed extension-based customizations in all modules of D365 F&O and different integrations for various automation in sales, HR and payroll, project invoices, procurement, and warehouses. In addition, I maintained all code on source control, leveraging Git and Azure DevOps Server (formerly Team Foundation Server (TFS)), and kept high software quality standards by establishing best practices within the teams.

Consistently provided post-go-live, ongoing technical support in D365 F&O. McDonald's Pakistan, Savills Germany, and Daraz are some of the clients I gave technical and techno-functional support to on day-to-day issues in D365 F&O. I leveraged reverse-engineering skills to troubleshoot for technical issues within automated standard processes.

This is one of the major projects I worked on. Tipalti is a USA-based software company providing various ERP solutions to customers. As a D365 F&O technical lead, I integrated D365 F&O with Tipalti's accounting software and developed custom services and APIs to automate business payments. I led the successful implementation of D365 F&O within the technical team to automate accounts payable and accounts receivable business payments. Two of Tipalti's customers are using this solution for their ERP.

Involved in the implementation of D365 F&O upgrades for MDPC, Alomar Furniture KSA, and Hinkler. I migrated custom-developed code from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to D365 F&O as per best practices recommended by Microsoft. I customized and developed different finance and supply chain modules, including sales and procurement, project management, production control, and warehouse management. These upgrades were successful because transitioning from on-premise to a cloud ERP system offers many advanced features to perform finance and supply chain management processes.

This project involved integrating SharePoint to D365 F&O for Alomar Furniture KSA. I developed custom jobs to read the images from SharePoint and import them into D365 F&O as product master images. This implementation was successful because this new integrated feature automated manual processes in the inventory management module and reduced the time users spent updating image items in the inventory.

The Al Ghurair group of companies, a real estate and construction company based in the UAE, needed an automation solution for their contracts with associated workers. Bulk data from their legacy system had to be integrated into D365 F&O for processing into project invoices. We implemented this integration using Azure services to import all the data from the Azure location into D365 F&O and then process it using batch utilities per applicable requirements. This project was successful as it significantly reduced the client's contract cost, provided enhanced tracking, and reduced user involvement.

Savills is a multinational real estate company with thousands of employees. They needed an expense and procurement mobile app for their employees to make all operations in a unified system instead of using an ERP.

I was involved in the team that designed this solution, integrating D365 F&O with the mobile application that was being developed. A custom workflow was built to manage approvals within the mobile application and D365 F&O. After eight months of agile development, we successfully implemented and deployed a complete solution for Savills' employees to manage their expenses and purchases.

This project for ATCL, Alomar Furniture, and Al Watania involved implementing the complete automation of electronic invoices compliant with KSA's generation rules, technical specifications, and procedural regulations. I completed this implementation successfully, generating electronic invoices with QR codes and applying encryption for every invoice that had to be created and sent electronically. This automation offered transparency between customers and suppliers.

Hinkler needed to implement a barcode feature for their inventory items. They needed barcodes to track their products during the sale and purchase processes. I developed custom features in the GRN process to enable barcode printing without user involvement. D365 F&O already provided a barcode feature, but the client required extra functionalities and a customized inventory management module to meet applicable requirements. After the successful barcode implementation, the client could track items purchased and sold much more efficiently, reducing costs and time.

As a Dynamics 365 Business Central technical consultant, I successfully completed implementation projects. Some clients I performed this for include Professional Products Inc., SafeWare LLC, and BeeAccess in the USA.
