I built the website from scratch, achieving an impressive loading speed of 95% on mobile and 100% on desktop. It's Gutenberg-based with many custom content blocks that allow content writers to easily add visually attractive sections throughout the website.

Besides the amazing content that the website offers, it also benefits from various interactive functionalities such as tables of contents, pop-ups, progress bars, social sharing widgets, etc., all custom-coded for maximum efficiency.

Another interesting thing I would like to mention is the locations tree, which includes US states and the cities within those states. The tree is composed of parent-child links, starting from an interactive US clickable map, a feature that is not just interesting but also helps with the local ranking in Google.

Word on Fire

This is one of the most complex projects I've worked on. I implemented a plugin for migrating the data of hundreds of thousands of users from one LMS to another. The database mappings were so complex and different (talking about users and user data, courses, lessons, assignments, quizzes, quiz results, and more). The process needed moderation to run smoothly without overwhelming the server, and the simulations took a considerable amount of time, but the final run was perfect.

The client also asked me to implement a plugin that hooks into the LearnDash API and WordPress REST API, performing new custom actions.

We started with the scope of creating a plugin that adds a new payment method in WooCommerce, a payment method that enables customers to pay with their cryptocurrency (MobileCoin specifically). Going further, I implemented three different store versions, each with a custom theme.
The Drops version is the most unique because it has a special feature where you can turn simple products into Drops, which are available to purchase for a limited period, after which they expire.
