As a lead developer in SharpEdge Marketing, this was the first project that I worked on. This system is designed using Angular, Node.js, and Salesforce.

Currently, this system is used by their scorer for the live scoring of calls and to train their clients.

I have integrated Salesforce for various third parties such as Msg.ai and NomNom via their APIs, I have also integrated Salesforce with other APIs like Zendesk, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, and more. I am also experienced in integrating Salesforce to third parties via Zapier as well as native integrations using their APIs.

In my free time, I also work on projects to create a Zapier API that other people can use to connect to their applications.

I was working as a part of the team that was designing a new dashboard for SharpEdge marketing clients. This dashboard enables their clients to check their appointments, track revenues, view the staff performance, and update call details.

We developed a custom subscription system which uses Salesforce, NetSuite, and CyberSource to take care of recursive payments for coaching subscriptions. Apart from this, it also takes care of failed payments, overdue payments, and more; it also performs the next set of instructions based on that.

Device Magic is a paperless form-based application, which allows the creation of forms and then sends it to a specific mobile device.

I created a Salesforce application for them which allows one to create mappings between Salesforce fields and the Device Magic form field. It is tightly integrated with the Device Magic API to fetch their form, added mobile devices, and the form's fields. This application has a feature to dynamically field form using Salesforce data and dispatches it to mobile devices.

eSignGenie is a signed application which the user allows to create forms and request a signature.

We created a Salesforce application for them which allows one to create mappings between Salesforce fields and the eSignGenie form field. It is tightly integrated with eSignGenie API to fetch their form, related forms, users, and more. This application has a feature to dynamically fill in the field form using Salesforce data and sends it to the next user in the row for a signature. it also tracks forms that were sent, gets them signed, and more

Value Builder System is a company with a vision to help other entrepreneurs to set up their business with less dependence on them—they help entrepreneurs to understand how they can set up and sell their business at a high profit.

I was involved with them for a couple of years to give ongoing support to a Salesforce setup and customization.

MyFeedback360 is a system designed for managing feedback for employees.

This system allows the manager to leave feedback for an employee and vice versa. It also enables the creation of graphs and requesting input from senior management. It has an option to block/unblock people and to add contacts via LinkedIn.

This project was designed using Java Spring and Bootstrap.

Coolcare is LNT Software’s latest and most intuitive care home management product. LNT Software is the fastest growing care management software provider in the UK, employing a team of specialist programmers and advisers across a host of services and care operations. Having been designed with users in mind, Coolcare is the embodiment of our ethos of providing excellent value, comprehensive and user-friendly care home management software.

I was also part of the development team for the Coolcare release 4 (this was a Spring MVC-based web application). I worked on the development of the new feature—adding a unit test class and refactoring the code from previous releases. I also developed bug fixes that originated in the previous release versions.

On this project, I Integrated WordPress forms with Salesforce. We had been using Web2Lead to generate leads from a contact-us form. However, we also had some pages that were used to display dynamic content from Salesforce, so we implemented a Salesforce REST API and WordPress custom code. We also connected a WordPress WooCommerce store with Salesforce for inventory management.-

I worked on the team that integrated Salesforce Sales Cloud with Demandware; along with adding more features for marketing, etc.

I worked with LadyBoss on a project to integrate their Salesforce with their eCommerce store WooComerce. We also did customizations and integrations with third parties like Stripe, ShipStation, and PayPal.
