Developed CaseIntel, a criminal intelligence data mining system based on Oracle. Used a data lake to extract models of criminal networks, inter and intra-case linkages between suspects, phones, weapons, vehicles, and communication records.

NetGIS Utility Distribution Mapping

The product utilized AutoCAD on the front end, with an Oracle Spatial and Graph database to manage model semantics, spatial data, electrical connectivity, network analysis, equipment data, etc. This solved a critical need for the electric utility distribution management space, as existing systems could not adequately manage redundant downtown core networks. I was a principal architect and development manager for CaseIntel NetGIS.

Cloud Migration

I built a multi-cloud, multi-cluster Rancher Kubernetes platform for an MSP to enable their cloud migration. Assisted development teams in re-architecting their applications to micro-service-based architecture.

Electric Utility XML Data Interchange Hub

I built a data interchange hub for utilities employing IEC 61968 and 61970 standard CIM requests, transactions, and events. I also utilized Oracle Native XML processing and Oracle AQ to enable rapid integration with heterogeneous systems.

CaseIntel Criminal Intelligence System

A case management and data mining system for law enforcement to manage and coordinate investigative activity among detectives across divisions. I automated case management workflow and, through link analysis and data mining, uncovered and modeled criminal networks and inter and intra-case linkages between suspects, phones, weapons, vehicles, and communication records.

Beverage Sales Data Warehouse

I built a grocery shelf space/coupon/retail sales data warehouse for Anheuser-Busch. I also supported dimensional analysis of ad and coupon activity and sales to identify causal factors and patterns in US and international markets.

Aerospace Factory Data Hub

I architected and managed the development of a data hub for the interchange of shop floor control data, manufacturing process plans, changes, and rework data for the sheet metal factory of a major aerospace manufacturer.

I then implemented it in Oracle. It provided a data interchange hub for Baan manufacturing apps and a wide array of in-house applications.
