AMP to Resolution Life Digital System Migration

AMP sold its insurance unit to Resolution Life. This project was to separate the insurance portion of the IT system developed by AMP and migrate it to Resolution Life. I was the Salesforce integration module lead. The AMP system was implemented under the guidance of the CTA. In-depth code analysis was completed to separate the insurance system and migrate it to Resolution life. The project had significant challenges in coordination, migration, and accuracy.

OneCRM: University of Melbourne

OneCRM is a 5-year program to combine and bring different practices being followed on various platforms for university operations. There were approximately 21 places where the data was spread on various university-owned systems. This program will bring them into one unified platform built on Salesforce. I was part of the Advancement Operations team. We created a system for volunteers, alumni, and operations users who perform tasks such as participating in a volunteer position, the volunteer selection process, volunteer journey, and gift management

Abbvie LINK

The goal was to create a system for scientists to log their clinical study data. This system can generate reports for the analysis of studies and is part of a larger Salesforce implementation of the organization for managing sales processes. Salesforce is integrated with multiple other systems for data and operations.

Portal for Members of MLM organization

This project aimed to support two million users of an MLM organization by providing them with performance reports and rewards earned. They can earn, complete online training, manage leads, and carry out marketing activities to add new distributors to the organization and related features. This is a very complex and highly customized implementation of the Salesforce community cloud. Salesforce is the core system of the IT architecture of the organization and serves as an identity provider to other systems in IT architecture.

Bespoke Training: Course Registration Portal

I created a portal for bespoke training where students can register for AWS courses. The course details can be set up in Salesforce and are integrated into eWay for payment processing and with the Xero accounting system. There is a Salesforce back-end application for sales representatives to track leads and work on their sales process.

Order Management for Sophos

This project is for managing orders coming from different sources for Sophos. Sophos has distributor channels and partners who sell products to end users. Sophos has very complex order processing and order fulfillment processes. This project implements and enhances the order management capabilities of Sophos and is one of the most complex implementations on Salesforce.
