One of the biggest catalogs/aggregators of climbing equipment that collects data from all well-known brands. I'm the team lead and the main developer here. I found nine functionally changed modules and cleaned them so that security updates could be applied. Furthermore, I refactored the import system and decreased the update time twofold—from 26–28 hours to 12–15 hours. I added more retailer feeds: Americas, Europe, UK, Australia, and Canada. Finally, I optimized performance significantly. Google Insights used to show 1–2 out of 100, and now this number has been improved by several times: it happened due to the server optimization, CSS and JavaScript aggregation, and implementing lazy load on heavy pages.
