Support and maintenance services for Walmart's applications within global eCommerce. This statement of work defines the scope, deliverables, high-level plan, key assumptions, and financial terms for the services to be provided by Cognizant. This relates to support and maintenance services for the applications outlined in Section 3.1 through a managed services framework that Cognizant will supply to the Walmart eCommerce support team.

TIBCO Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) will be used to interact with all source and target systems. As a TIBCO consultant, I handled production support and worked on various tenants to support the business in the Canadian, UK, and US regions.

Banking Project

BMO embarked on a journey of major transformational programs comprised of critical projects and a hub to deliver SOA, which would be leveraged by an online platform and other channels.

This project communicates to three channels: Adley, Candy, and RAM. These three portfolios play key roles in distributions in enterprise application integration. Adley mainly handles front-end services and communicates with Candy services. Candy processes files to RAM servers, so the RAM server saves information on the server side.
