- On-boarded all the services to online channel for all members across the Abu Dhabi emirate. Services include membership registrations, renewals, applying for various certificates, legal disputes, and helpdesk.
- Designed back-office processes in Dynamics 365 CRM platform, mostly customized modules, call center is implemented on services module and integrations with other government entities are built on .NET Web services.
- Worked on the members portal that is fully integrated with back-office and other government web services, to reduce the data entry and documentation required. Additionally, I enhanced member experience so they do not need to visit our office.
- Managed full project lifecycle, including documentation, project management, training, and delivery. It coordinates with the vendor for large-scale work and enhancements are managed internally with the in-house development team.

- Implemented CRM from scratch across five units, including marketing, operations, customer care, DG help and repair desk, and B2B.

To ease the budget, I also developed a custom loyalty in-house module tailored to Sharaf DG’s subscription and loyalty program. This module provides one window service to all channels, including POS, web,
mobile, and chat with real-time customer membership details.
