  • Led the design of Euronext exchange's "IT3 Bergamo" co-location network. This project required my team to design a high-performance, low-latency, and co-location exchange network infrastructure.

Sports Trading Network Optimization

This project involved designing a new low-latency co-location trading system across several data centers and cloud providers. I created and deployed a proof-of-concept (POC) environment, which was used to determine the optimal location for the trading system. The POC infrastructure and new co-location environment required expertise in low-latency network design, high-performance cloud, hybrid-cloud infrastructure, and routing and switching protocols.

This project represented an important initiative for the sports trading desk, which intended to become the market leader within the low-latency sports trading industry. The goal was to provide the sports trading desk with the lowest latency trading infrastructure and offer the business a sustainable edge over competitors within the sports market.
