Designed and implemented a complex case management system to track medical inquiries, adverse events, and product complaints from health care professionals and provisions agents to provide a response. Developed a customer community to create custom UI screens using Lightning components for inquiry intake. Setup the Salesforce knowledge, case escalation, and assignment and workflow rules. Developed Einstein chatbot capabilities along with a live agent to automate the inquiry intake capabilities and reduce manual efforts. Trained new team members, campus recruits, and cross trainees on Salesforce development.

Designed and implemented a service cloud-based application. The application helped live agents provide information to the healthcare provider with the Salesforce Knowledge Article's help and maintain cases for each inquiry. Designed the entire Knowledge architecture wherein the knowledge articles can go through different processes. Developed and implemented the onboarding module in the application, one of the key modules in the release. Assisted the full cycle implementation, starting from the discovery to the go-live phase. Responsible for creating the SDD documents and technical specification document apart from development. Created different generic components that helped the team to speed up its implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
