Yinka Falua

This project integrated SAP FICO and SAP Treasury with over 50 3rd-party interfaces, including master data objects, transaction data, treasury market data, money market funds, forex trades, payrolls, and supply chain finance. It also included the implementation of SAP Treasury, bank communication management, and multi-bank connectivity. SAP standard API capabilities and middleware were used to achieve a successful integration.

This project involved successfully implementing SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), and bank communication management for a prominent and renowned manufacturing group. The client greatly benefitted from these enhancements.

A digital transformation project for a big oil and gas client that involved upgrading the system to SAP ECC EPH 8. In this project, bank communication management (BCM) and SAP vendor invoice management (VIM) were implemented to transform the vendor invoicing process and smoothen the bank integration process.

VIM Configuration Expertise at KPMG
-Carried out VIM ICC Configuration, setting up channels for seamless invoice processing.
• Defined mandatory configurations, including archive document types, roles, and process options.
• Worked on PO and Non-PO invoice processing configurations, invoice approvals, and DP document type specifications.

Workflow Optimization at Tower Group
• Led ICC Configuration for OCR capabilities and efficient invoice processing.
• Implemented mandatory configurations, DP document type management, and chart of authority design for invoice approvals.
• Developed comprehensive VIM reports for enhanced productivity, analytics, and process visibility.

Analytics
• Instrumental in developing analytics tools for improved insights into invoice processing at KPMG and Tower Group.
• Created a range of detailed reports such as productivity reports, VIM analytics, liability reports, aging reports, and exception analysis reports at Tower Aluminium Group.
