Built a python-based application that uses the FFmpeg library to scale up the frequency of MP3 files. The application has its own API, so users can input the file through Swagger and get a response file within the expected frequency.

• Development framework: We utilized Microsoft Bot Framework to create a robust Teams bot, strategically deployed as a web service on Microsoft Azure for optimal performance and scalability.
• Back-end technology: Employed FastAPI to enhance the back-end infrastructure, ensuring rapid development and performance efficiency.
• Integrations: Seamlessly integrated with OKTA for secure identity management, enabling sophisticated access controls.
Integrated with Smartsheet and other essential services to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Security features: The bot was configured to restrict access to designated users, ensuring that sensitive functionalities are securely managed.
• Automation and communication: Implemented webhook technology to facilitate automated messaging, enhancing team communication efficiency.
• Data management: Leveraged Cosmos DB for storing conversation states in non-volatile storage, ensuring data persistence and reliability.

This bot significantly improves workflow automation and team collaboration by integrating multiple services into a single communication platform.
