  • Five9—HubSpot Dialer

    The Five9—HubSpot Dialer is an application that allows HubSpot users to make click-to-dial outbound calls from the HubSpot CRM using Five9. It creates basic call engagement records in HubSpot after a call is dispositioned. If a user adds call outcomes in HubSpot that match its Five9 dispositions, the user can align call results between the two systems. This application fills an existing gap in HubSpot’s marketplace, as there is no official offering of a telephony product for users of Five9. However, it is not an official solution supported by either HubSpot or Five9.

    I utilized open-source libraries from HubSpot and Five9 to develop a Node.js and React dialer interface with an OAuth-connected back end.

    ActiveCampaign is a marketing automation and CRM platform with a rich ecosystem of available third-party integrations. The ActiveCampaign Salesforce integration allows customers to synchronize the contact, lead, account, and opportunity data between the two systems.

    I worked on the team that maintained the AppExchange application, which allowed ActiveCampaign users to extend their Salesforce environments to include ActiveCampaign marketing automation tools. I contributed to developing an enhancement to support syncing Salesforce opportunities with ActiveCampaign custom objects.

  • Enhancements of Five9 Integration to Salesforce

    Five9 is an enterprise-level telecommunications service provider and is a popular choice for sales teams and call centers. Their existing Salesforce integration works well, but sometimes the business requirements can’t be met with out-of-the-box solutions.

    I customized the existing Five9 integration to Salesforce while working with ConsumerAffairs. I developed new features that allowed the organization to better align call tasks with the lead records, run more rich and detailed reports regarding agent productivity, and support agent workflows through user interface enhancements.
