Design and development of loan tracking system (LTS) based on Oracle Database and Oracle Developer (forms, reports). Acting as the system analyst, designer, and developer, I designed and implemented more than 12 modules based on user requirements. All business logic was implemented using PL/SQL with more than 400,000 lines of code. Developed and implemented database models for processes and data collection. Performed consulting services for alignment business processes and IT systems. Designed a data warehouse database for reporting purposes.

The project duration was 2 years. The project was used in a production environment for more than ten years. The initial implementation was designed to work in a distributed environment with 8 Oracle DB and the next phase was to transition to a centralized environment with more than 400 users all over the country.

Complete design and development of a reporting system for legacy data based on Oracle APEX and Jasper Server. Created Oracle APEX Forms for data retrieval. Designed reports in Jasper Reports Server and Jasper Designer. Developed PL/SQL module for data transformation and analytical reporting.

Designed and implemented PL/SQL code for billing and accounting system (approximately 200,000 lines of code for supporting all business processes in billing, accounting, reporting, and analysis). Designed a data warehouse database for reporting and analysis. Designed modules for data migration and integration with accounting and sales systems.

Designed and developed Maintenance IS based on Oracle Database and Oracle Developer (forms, reports). Migration from Oracle database 8.1, 10, 11G, 12C.

Implemented more than 300 Oracle forms and reports. Designed a data warehouse and implemented a reporting application based on Oracle APEX. Create web services in PL/SQL for integration with SAP.

Designed and developed new modules in Banking IS for reporting and analysis. Based on user requirements and business cases, I designed a completely new module for advanced reporting with more than 200,000 lines of PL/SQL code for report management. The initial version was built in Oracle Forms/Reports 6i and migrated to Developer 11g.

Developed complete Technical documentation for the Core Banking system, cooperating with team leads and business analyst. Edited user manuals and help system.

Designed and developed an ERP/CRM system based on Oracle Database and APEX (11g and Apex 18c) and integrated with PostgreSQL using REST services.

Created and edited technical specifications for eLegislation software for parliaments. Developed and designed functional and non-functional specifications. Created software technical documentation and user manuals. Project sponsored by the EU.

Created functional and technical specifications for a payroll system implementation for the World Bank project in Palestine. Designed technical documentation for the current system and GAP analysis for the implementation of the new system.

I have created a system for data collection from different data sources ( Excel, Access, Oracle DB ) and created a integrated Data WArehouse system for data analysis. Used tools : Oracle Data Integrator, SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle APEX for visualization and Dashboards.

Created an integrated data warehouse from data collected from Excel, PostgreSQL, Access, and SQLite. Used tool for data integration and ETL: Talend Studio. Developed a set of models for data analysis and visualization using Tableau and Oracle APEX.

Created a data analysis module for market and sales analysis. Collect data from existing data sources (Oracle DB, SQL Server, Excel) and created an integrated data warehouse DB. Used tools: PowerBI and SSIS. Developed many dashboards and analysis in Power BI.

Supervisor and architect of the eCitizen web platform for local communities. Prepared technical requirements; led selection process for software companies; monitored and verified design, architecture, and implementation of the system; defined budget; and performed Quality control in entire process.

Acted as an architect and QA lead in project of implementation of a new payroll system in Palestinian government, project sponsored by World Bank. Created technical specifications and software requirements, defined budget constraints and supplier selection process, and led the implementation of the project

Created technical specification for eGovernment system in Moldova. QA lead and senior architect for document management system, e-Session, donor management system, and HR. Defined rules and procedures for selection of suppliers, QA in process of selection, and system implementation

Designed and implemented CRM system for marketing and printing agency, based on Oracle APEX (5, 18) and Oralce 11g DB. Developed an integrated CRM with contact management, warehouse management, opportunities tracking, and an extensive Dashboards module.
