Yes, you can manually add hours using the Manual Time Entry option on both the browser and desktop app.
On your browser: Go to the My Activities screen and click the clock icon above the activity list, next to the date range. From there, you can add time entries to any project, including a description, date, and duration.
On the desktop app: Select the Manual Time Entry tab from the left panel. Choose a duration from the drop-down menu or type in a custom time. Add an optional description, then click Add Entry to save.
Paying and getting paid via TopTracker is easy, safe, and streamlines workflows for both freelancers and companies. Clients/companies first need to sign up for HireGlobal to make payments via TopTracker.
For clients:
Once timesheets are approved, HireGlobal issues an invoice based on the hourly rate plus any additional fees outlined in the HireGlobal contract.
Invoicing occurs within one business day after the timesheets are approved, and HireGlobal issues payments to freelancers within 48 hours after HireGlobal receives payment from clients.
For freelancers:
Simply submit your timesheets in TopTracker for approval. Payment is processed within 48 hours of when the client pays the platform, and arrival is dependent on individual payment methods.
