Toptal® Accessibility Statement

Date of Last Revision: October 27, 2025

Toptal is committed to building a digital environment that is inclusive and accessible to everyone. We believe that talent and opportunity should never be limited by barriers in technology, and we are actively working to make toptal.com usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology.

Our Commitment

We strive to align toptal.com with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the globally recognized standard for accessible digital content. We also work to meet the requirements of key accessibility laws, including:

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (United States)
European Accessibility Act (EAA)
UK Equality Act 2010

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are actively auditing our site to identify and resolve barriers.

Our current efforts include:

  • Engaging external accessibility experts for automated and manual audits.
  • Integrating accessibility improvements into our design and development workflows.
  • Prioritizing the most impactful issues for remediation first.

As part of this effort, we are preparing to publish a comprehensive Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT/ACR) and additional documentation to demonstrate our progress and commitments.

Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the primary website, toptal.com, on both desktop and mobile browsers.

Feedback and Support

We welcome feedback from users of all abilities. If you experience difficulty accessing content or wish to request materials in alternative formats, please contact us at accessibility@toptal.com.

Looking Ahead

We expect to complete our current accessibility remediation plan and release detailed conformance documentation by Q2 2026. We are committed to continually improving as technology, standards, and user needs evolve.
