RESPONSIBILITIES
• Increasing revenue generation: Drove the company to achieve and surpass sales goals, profitability, and cash flow. Grew company volume for six straight years, with five years exceeding 10% year-over-year. Increased revenue from $1.4 million to a projected $4 million by year-end.
• Infrastructure: Built company infrastructure by establishing operational consistency, HR policies, staff training and reviews, internal communications, staff hierarchy, and legal structure. Developed and codified the company's mission, vision, and values.
• De novo expansion and site management: Oversaw growth strategy, closing three sites early in tenure to ensure operational consistency and adding three new sites to date, with five additional sites pending.
• Criteria for new site selection development: Led all aspects of site search and selection. Managed projects for all sites, including collaborating with the legal team on lease reviews and letters of intent (LOIs), overseeing construction and branding, and directing all teams in strategic initiatives to support site openings and growth.
