RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translated the organization’s talent philosophy into development and cross-organizational career opportunities for all team members, resulting in a high-performance team, increased personnel retention, and a scalable organization.
• Developed and implemented a leadership training program that fosters innovation and a personal connection to the company’s career-enhancing culture, ultimately improving staff retention.
• Grew personnel from a team of 17 direct reports to a team of 52.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Increasing revenue generation: Drove the company to achieve and surpass sales goals, profitability, and cash flow. Grew company volume for six straight years, with five years exceeding 10% year-over-year. Increased revenue from $1.4 million to a projected $4 million by year-end.
• Infrastructure: Built company infrastructure by establishing operational consistency, HR policies, staff training and reviews, internal communications, staff hierarchy, and legal structure. Developed and codified the company’s mission, vision, and values.
• De novo expansion and site management: Oversaw growth strategy, closing three sites early in tenure to ensure operational consistency and adding three new sites to date, with five additional sites pending.
• Criteria for new site selection development: Led all aspects of site search and selection. Managed projects for all sites, including collaborating with the legal team on lease reviews and letters of intent (LOIs), overseeing construction and branding, and directing all teams in strategic initiatives to support site openings and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversaw the full rebranding of the company, managing everything from the name change to the complete visual identity, brand voice, marketing messaging, website, social media, and collateral.
• Distilled, created, and aligned messaging for the company, capitalizing on the company’s heritage, consumer needs, and the speaker’s own experience.
• Ensured consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms, including consumer communications, internal communications, public relations, and social media.

I partnered with companies to develop strategic plans, design organizational structures, create and maintain brands, and support leadership development and team-building initiatives. By serving as an outside CSO and COO, I worked to help create clarity in messaging, organizational design, and leadership. This clarity allows organizations to stay focused through times of transition and fosters a growth mindset.

Through collaboration, we created high-yield campaigns, strategies, and processes. I used data and intuition to determine where to expend energy and resources, leveraging measurable metrics and intangible factors to assess impact and define the path forward.
