I coached a new CEO to establish his leadership brand, foster strong relationships, and develop a future vision. This resulted in measurable organizational improvements, a stronger culture, and extended community impact. Our collaboration advanced his career even further when he was appointed head of a larger organization with a significantly increased budget and reach several years later.
