My role involved guiding teams to become more structured and efficient in their workflows, enhancing overall productivity and project delivery. I implemented Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and facilitated their adoption through comprehensive training sessions and workshops.

At Allianz, I led the Agile transformation of the life insurance department, which impacted around 200 employees. My role involved comprehensive team coaching, leadership coaching, and executive leadership coaching, all of which aimed to restructure the department to embrace Agile methodologies. I introduced Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban, through targeted coaching sessions tailored to the department’s specific needs. I conducted workshops and sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

My coaching extended to leadership, guiding managers and executives in adopting empowerment, transparency, and adaptability principles. Additionally, I restructured the leadership framework to improve clarity and efficiency. By mentoring team members and leaders, I empowered them to take ownership of their roles and drive the transformation forward.
