Leadership Coaching for a Mid-level Non-profit Leader

Coached a client following an unsuccessful team leadership assignment to develop self-awareness and strengthen skills, enabling them to become a model leader in the next assignment.

Coached a leader over the course of a year, meeting in person or virtually every two weeks. Conducted 360 feedback at the start of the project to enable self-awareness and identify key desired behavior changes. The leader put practices for their team that were held up as best practices for similar teams across the organization.

Group Coaching for a New Team

Led a communication style assessment and workshop to build trust between a new leader and their team, enabling more effective collaboration and better performance.

Conducted team development for an established team under new leadership. Each team member took a communication style assessment, and I then facilitated a two-hour workshop discussing the team's different styles and how they could work most effectively together. The new leader shared that it was highly effective in building trust and improving team dynamics and efficacy.

Career Coaching for a Rising Marketing Executive

Coached a rising executive to gain clarity, focus on their career goals, and pursue a path that would give them greater success and fulfillment.

A two-month program using a structured format and key exploratory exercises helped the leader reflect on their values, interests, skills, and goals and define a path forward that aligned with these. The program also assisted with resume and LinkedIn reviews and interview preparations.
