- Started my own boutique digital agency right after graduate school, following my work with many notable Silicon Alley agencies.
- Built everything from custom WordPress sites to large-scale enterprise applications and mobile apps by leading my hand-picked development team. Launched five B2BC products in the last ten years; the latest was VisualSitemaps.com.
- Led a team of six, including designers, software engineers, and QA, to launch many new products for Fortune 1000 companies, agencies, and startups.
- Gained extensive startup experience as an entrepreneur, which has enabled me to design products holistically by balancing the client's business model and end-user goals.
- Used my extensive background in iterative UI/UX, Interaction Design (IxD), growth hacking, lean customer development strategies, building user acquisition tools, SN campaigns, managing developers and designers, budgeting, pitching, and exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborated with remote founders and their teams to run design sprints via Whimsical, where I developed personas, user stories, and heuristic analysis. Iterated the information architecture and UI/UX prototypes quickly using Sketch, InVision, Figma, and Principle.
- Solved problems and designed goal-driven user experiences that were deeply informed by qualitative and quantitative data. It all starts with a deep discovery process with all stakeholders.

- Co-founded and led a startup in the print-on-demand marketplace powered by mass customization. It is the easiest way to customize and purchase your own unique artworks on canvas, framed prints, t-shirts, tote bags, iPhone cases, pillows, and more.
- Worked with trending global artists to license their artwork—using our patent-pending technology to convert it into super-easy-to-modify parts.
- Enabled the customers to customize the art to fulfill their personal tastes, print them on a plethora of products, as well as share and sell their remixes to their networks.
- Bootstrapped via $40,000 from a startup accelerator in Chile.
- Led a four-person team on product design, code, market analysis, and business model projections.

SocialCull
- Built an advanced Instagram user-search tool for customer development. Its primary feature was to isolate demographical groups with automation outreach and A/B/C testing.
- Allowed the tool to micro-target users who had the following characteristics: Users who liked brand X and brand Y, who also lived in specific geolocations, and had a high influencer ratio.
- Ran automated outreach campaigns at scale once we obtained the desired search results: +/- 35% increase on average in our conversion rates.
- Technically led two developers using Agile/Kanban methodologies to first create an MVP and later evolve it into a commercially viable B2C product.

- Built a productized service that converted a Flash website to HTML5 in 72 hours, all powered by WordPress. As Flash was going fast out of business, I had to find this solution since my expert flash website experience was about to become extinct.
- Leveraged Google’s filetype search to show only Flash-based sites (growth-hack), which increased conversion rates by +45%.
- Optimized search results lead generation via Mturk workers to enhance warm email marketing.
- Led two developers technically using Agile/Kanban methodologies to first create an MVP and later evolve it into a commercially viable B2C product.

- Led all digital web initiatives for a boutique NYC luxury real estate branding agency. This included managing four other web developers and designers.
