Entain
  • Designed a responsive widget for a gambling website, working side-by-side with a dedicated UI designer to make it high-fidelity with animations.
  • Performed regular, iterative usability tests for multiple product teams with their gambling-related products. Delivered many actionable insights backed by data and user inputs in readable and straight-to-the-point reports.
  • Wireframed the entire redesign for the back-office tool, coordinating a dedicated UI designer to make high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Ran a series of usability tests to validate which component users preferred based on how long an animation felt to the users and discovered an entirely new indicator: how fun the component felt for the users.
  • Delivered information architecture diagram for a website redesign, backed by card-sorting tests and improved by Google Analytics quantitative data.
  • Benchmarked competitors for website redesign and delivered insights and references for the design team.

UX Designer | UX Researcher

2021 - 2022
Ci&T
  • Created a service blueprint for the entire journey of a remote-assisted sale, found pain points, and proposed streamlining of the flow.
  • Benchmarked competitor's flows of features similar to ours. Discovered, documented, and delivered insights and proposals on points where we had advantages and disadvantages over the competitors.
  • Prototyped multiple features for an internal application meant for salespeople to perform assisted sales for ecommerce customers, siding with dedicated UI designers to make them high-fidelity.
  • Ran regular iterative usability tests remotely, over Maze and Useberry, and in person. Received many feedbacks from the users in-person praising the quality of the work.
  • Documented multiple prototypes in readable deliverables for developers and product managers.
  • Conducted multiple qualitative research types, mostly deep interviews, to discover and validate new features. Presented the results to the business team and provided actionable insights for the development.
  • Analyzed a large user base spreadsheet with over 10 thousand users to find a suitable sample for small qualitative interviews. The analysis involved filtering and grouping users by many criteria to eliminate bias.
  • Developed prototypes for new features and improved the existing ones for a command-prompt application with no graphic interface.
